HLP0 is initially mintable natively on Arbitrum One. This decision is driven by a strong focus on security and stability during the early stages of the protocol’s lifecycle. Hyperliquid's direct bridge lives on Arbitrum as well making it the ideal starting point for HLP0.

Minting HLP0 will always be available through our official platform at https://www.hlp0.to. Users can deposit USDC and receive HLP0 in return at the current exchange rate. The minting mechanism is straightforward and designed to provide an easy on-ramp for users entering the HLP0 ecosystem. Over time, the exchange ratio between USDC and HLP0 will dynamically adjust based on the value generated by HLP’s underlying strategies. This ensures a fair and transparent valuation process, directly tied to the growth and profitability of the vault.
